About the Role:

The Mali Human Resources Manager is a pivotal leadership position within myAgro Mali. Your leadership and vision will help shape a high performing, motivated, and engaged workforce, driving the success of myAgro Mali.

Your responsibilities include leading all HR activities in Mali and enhancing HR operations through strategic policy and system implementations. You will champion myAgro's values while promoting diversity and inclusion. You will achieve this by leading a remarkable Human Resources Team and maintaining a clear vision for excellence. You will report to the Country Director, Mali and have a dotted line to the Regional HR Manager.

You Will:

•             Oversee the entire HR department in Mali, including: Recruitment, Contracts, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance Management, Health & Wellbeing, and Employee Exits.

•             Ensure constructive feedback channels for the Mali team to foster transparency and collaboration.

•             Guarantee compliance with Mali Labor Law to maintain legal and ethical standards in all HR practices.

•             Collaborate with the Regional People Operations team to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of HR operations in Mali by implementing robust policies and systems.

•             Lead and manage a growing HR team to achieve operational excellence and support the entire Mali team.

•             Champion myAgro values, ensuring they are upheld and promoted as myAgro grows.

•             Advocate for diversity and inclusion, encouraging a workplace that values and respects everyone.

You Have:

•             5+ years experience in Human Resources, especially having seen a company through growth

•             Required: English and French proficiency

•             Experience managing teams

•             Experience with Mali Labor Law and Employee Code

•             Experience developing and rolling-out policies and systems
