About the Role:
The Human Resources and Recruitment Associate role is an exciting opportunity to join myAgro's Mali Innovation Scale Up project and to work closely with myAgro Mali team. As myAgro Mali increases the number of farmers we impact, you will support the entire employee lifecycle for the team creating this impact.
You'll report to the Human Resources Manager and partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to manage HR and recruitment needs. You will also support the HR Manager in pushing forward strategy by providing monthly data and dashboards to review daily operations and suggest improvements.
You Will:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Support managing all the components of daily HR business: payroll, onboarding, contract management, staff exit, and other.
- Ensure implementation of HR strategy by filling out monthly HR dashboards with important reporting data
- Participate in special projects and People Operations projects
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract experienced hires and serve as focal person to candidates
- Guarantee a quality candidate experience; ensure candidates are kept informed
- Recommend and coordinate local and international recruiting programs as well as special events to support pipeline development
- Provide weekly reports on recruitment progress
- Partner with the local leadership team to creatively develop sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates
You Have:
- 3+ years experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Required: English and French proficiency; Preferred: Bambara proficiency
- Experience working closely with teams to achieve progress
- Experience with the Malian Labor Law and Employee Code
