About the Role:
myAgro’s Innovations team generates a lot of data whose potential is still widely underutilized, and they spend a big part of their time on processes that can be automated, freeing-up capacity for answering critical questions. This leads to faster analysis, higher impact, and better decision making on that team.

- Define success metrics, sample sizing, and data collection approaches before experiments launch
- Organize and integrate Innovations data into the central data architecture
- Build visualizations and narratives that move teams toward actionable decisions
- Develop processes and tools to systematically monitor data-quality and detect anomalies
- Conduct data validation work to reconcile field collection with system data
- Create comparative analysis across parallel experiments to identify patterns, contradictions, and replicable tactics
- Present experiment results to cross-functional audiences with varying data literacy
You Have:
- 3+ years of data analysis work (quantitative research, A/B testing, program evaluation, or equivalent)
- Fluency with SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Demonstrated work experience in agriculture in rural areas, and project design and management.
- Can translate technical insights into plain language and vice versa.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: You are a strong oral and written communicator; you are comfortable working with a diverse and distributed team.
- Strong quantitative and computer skills: You are comfortable finding available solutions that fulfills your business goal. You enjoy the challenge of learning new software and finding the story behind a set of numbers or data.
- Exceptional project management: You thrive in managing multiple ongoing projects and prioritizing goals. You problem-solve for both big picture challenges and day-to-day issues
- Entrepreneurial attitude, and an adaptive work style: You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
- A passion for the mission, vision and values of myAgro.
